It's interesting about needing a physical building. Good to be open to go that far. However, I'm a shop teacher and there is no way around needing a physical space to teach with physical machines skills like welding etc. Granted, there is lots of head knowledge but also a ton of just simple hands on practice that is really expensive for a student to try and attempt on their own without a centralized facility. 

However, I totally agree we should reduce the amount of in building, group time students spend. ;^)
