My name is Stacy Yates and I live in Fairbanks, Alaska.  I graduated from University of Alaska Fairbanks in 1992 with a degree in Elementary Education.  I am not currently employed as a teacher but own and operate a toys and gift shop in Fairbanks called Enchanted Forest Toys.  I am taking this class (EDUC 58073) to fulfill the ongoing education requirement to maintain the status of my Alaska teacher's certificate .   I am very interested in Waldorf Education.  My store specializes in supplying Waldorf curriculum materials to parents and teachers throughout Alaska including many home school families.  I currently use Facebook and Instagram to to prompt my business and connect with customers.  I've also created a website through Weebly www.enchantedforesttoysAK.com  It showcases many of the products we offer at the store along with extensive information about Waldorf education and homeschooling with Waldorf, including dozens of examples of Main Lesson Book pages created by students in lieu of textbook based assignments.

Wow! Your store looks amazing! I've always loved going into toy stores like yours - there were a few wonderful ones in Minnesota that I always begged to go to as a child. I also like that people are required to talk to a real person if they want to order something from your store! :)
